Selling a Property in NSW?

Contact us early as NSW legislation now requires a complete Contract for Sale to be prepared prior to marketing by your Real Estate Agent.

Prior to sale we will:

  • Draw up the Contract for Sale including all special conditions required by you as vendor
  • including verification of identification documents
  • Check for outstanding arrears or Land Tax obligations owed by you as vendor
  • Provide the Contract for Sale to your Real Estate Agent for marketing

To complete the sale, we will:

  • Ensure the Purchaser has paid the deposit to the agent
  • Organise Discharge of Mortgage Authority to your bank/financial institution and arrange production of Title Deed at settlement
  • Calculate adjustments and provide cheque directions as instructed by you
  • Arrange settlement with your bank and provide settlement calculations for your approval
  • Liaise with the purchaser’s conveyancer to arrange settlement
  • Complete all final checks
  • Attend settlement
