Selling a Property in NSW?
Contact us early as NSW legislation now requires a complete Contract for Sale to be prepared prior to marketing by your Real Estate Agent.
Prior to sale we will:
- Draw up the Contract for Sale including all special conditions required by you as vendor
- including verification of identification documents
- Check for outstanding arrears or Land Tax obligations owed by you as vendor
- Provide the Contract for Sale to your Real Estate Agent for marketing
To complete the sale, we will:
- Ensure the Purchaser has paid the deposit to the agent
- Organise Discharge of Mortgage Authority to your bank/financial institution and arrange production of Title Deed at settlement
- Calculate adjustments and provide cheque directions as instructed by you
- Arrange settlement with your bank and provide settlement calculations for your approval
- Liaise with the purchaser’s conveyancer to arrange settlement
- Complete all final checks
- Attend settlement
